Cleaning Concepts was started by Kirsten Arthur in 1999. After studying sales in Germany, she moved to the United States where she held various management positions in larger convenient chains (AAFES, Diamon Shamrock, and Race Track). In 1999 she began research as to what it would take to form her own business. After much time, effort, and thought she chose to form a maid service using methods taught by her mother. Her research revealed a need for a service company that was reasonably priced and delivered consistent quality service and exceptional attention to detail.

Today, Cleaning Concepts by Kirsten consists of three divisions:

Maid and Janitorial Service, Equipment, and Various supply lines
